Privacy Statement
TL;DR: We try hard not to keep information about you that we don't need to work with you. We certainly don't sell information about you to anybody else.
No personally identifiable information is collected from visiting our website (although we do collect anonymised GDPR & CCPA compliant analytics with Umami.)
All of our emails are either work related (because you're a client) or you get because you signed up to recieve our newsletter.
We do share information with Google (because we use Google Workspace for email, documents, and calendering), Atlassian (because we use them for project management), and Mailchimp (because we use them to deliver out newsletter) — but all compliant with UK GDPR.

How Long We Keep Information
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

Who We Share Information With
Outside of organisations we are legally obliged to share personal information with we share information with the following UK organisations:
- Google UK Limited: We currently use Google Workspace for email, calendar, and shared documents.
- Atlassian (UK) Operations Limited: We currently use Atlassian's Trello for project management and client coaching pages.
Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
